The Artist House features seven rooms in a restored 1890s Queen Anne Victorian mansion. Rooms include queen or king beds with Dade County pine floors, private bathrooms with glass showers or clawfoot tubs, and smart TVs. The Turret Suite contains a spiral staircase leading to an octagonal space with seven tall windows. All rooms have Keurig coffee makers, mini-fridges, and individual air conditioning units.

Breakfast is served daily from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM in the orchid garden courtyard or on balconies. Options include Cuban breakfast sandwiches, quiche, pancakes, bacon, and sausage tacos.
